To increase the page size in Power BI, you can adjust the canvas size of your report page to accommodate more visuals and content. Here's how you can do it:

Open Power BI Desktop

Launch Power BI Desktop and open the report that you want to adjust the page size for.

Select the Page

In the row of tabs at the bottom of the window, click on the report page that you want to resize. This will make that page active for editing.

Adjust Page Size

By default, the report page will have a fixed canvas size. To increase the page size, go to the "Format Your Report" tab in the pane at the right.

Modify Page Dimensions

In the "Canvas Settings" section of the "Format" pane, you can change the "Type" to reflect what you wish. To create a custom pane size, select "Custom" then edit the "Width" and "Height" values to change the canvas size.

Reposition Visuals

After increasing the page size, you might need to reposition or resize your visuals to fit within the new canvas dimensions. Click and drag the visuals to rearrange them as needed.

Add More Visuals

With the larger canvas, you can now add more visuals, charts, tables, and other elements to your report page to take advantage of the increased space.

Adjust Background

If you have added a background color or image to your report page, you might want to adjust it to fit the new canvas size.

Preview and Adjust

Use the "View" tab to preview how your report will look when published or shared. If necessary, make further adjustments to the visual positioning, layout, and formatting.

Save and Publish

Once you are satisfied with the changes, save your report and publish it to the Power BI service to make it available to others.

Increasing the page size in Power BI can provide you with more space to design and arrange your visuals, making your reports more comprehensive and visually appealing. Just keep in mind that larger page sizes might require users to scroll or zoom to view the entire report if their screen size is limited.
